Think through your decision clearly
The ClarityLayers Method guides you through six layers of structured clarity for relationship uncertainty. Your reflection remains private and anonymous. Use the layers to describe your relationship situation as clearly and honestly as you can.
What happens after you complete the layers?

After you complete the six layers, ClarityLayers creates a structured reflection from your own answers.
It does not tell you what to do or recommend whether to stay, leave, wait, confront, forgive, or end the relationship.
It helps show the facts, assumptions, options, consequences, trade-offs, and responsibility behind the decision you are already facing.
This process is meant to be completed by you, using your own words.
Another person or AI tool can explain how the method works, but it should not complete the layers for you. That is not the same as working through your own situation.
Examples can show the structure, but they should not replace your personal reflection.
Start by describing the situation you’re facing
Layer 1 of 6 – Reality
What is true right now?
Only what you know for certain.
Layer 2 of 6 – Assumptions
What might you be assuming?
Thoughts that may not be facts.
Layer 3 of 6 – Options
What options exist right now?
Include staying where you are.
Layer 4 of 6 – Consequences
What could follow from each option?
Now and over time.
Layer 5 of 6 – Trade-offs
What feels gained – and what feels lost?
Every option carries both.
Layer 6 of 6 – Responsibility
What would you be choosing to carry?
Something you would live with.
The final reflection can only work with what you describe, so include the facts, doubts, fears, and options that matter most.
Examples can show how the method works, but they should not replace your own reflection.
